The following article covers how to send the invoice to the customer so that they can activate their ability to manage the Head Count RSVP for their party. NOTE: Customers that book online will automatically receive the link to manage their Head Count RSVP, you do not need to send the link again.
Sending the Email
To send the RSVP management link for the party, begin by navigating to the party's invoice, either through the Orders or Schedule pages. Once there, select Send Invoice.
After selecting Send Invoice, you will see whatever you currently have set for your Email Invoice Text with a new button inserted into it at the top. Send the invoice email to the customer.
Once the invoice is received by the customer, they can utilize the link and begin managing the RSVP of their party/event.
